FIXED!!!!!! Bad connection on the starter relay. One of the wires melted when it fried the relay. Replaced the relay but did not see the wire, it was inside the connector. Fresh eyes saw it right away.

I told my son yesterday that I was going to put full coverage insurance on it, park down by the river and set it on fire and take the insurance money.
