after a few bad rain storms its been sounding like there is water stuck in the roof any body know what this could be?

 

Clogged sunroof drain(s)

You will need to open the sunroofs and check the drains for blockage.

 

Your drains for the sunroofs could be plugged and not allowing the water to drain down the tubes. The only way to access the drain lines is to drop down the headliner, you will see the lines at the front corners of the pan. You could also try to pour water into the pan from the top with the sunroof open to see if it drains. I had this problem and they were plugged with debris. Be careful, the drain is plastic that has been melted to metal, very easy to break. Good Luck.
