Yeah, I looked at Bosch...

http://www.boschautoparts.com/Resour...clePartFinder/

They show the 4.6, but it doesn't even list a spark plug as something they make for the vehicle.

Lol... I'm getting a headache.

Ok then do this, go to Champion's web site and look up the plug number and then cross referance that number with Bosch.
You may need to Google the two numbers to get a match.

So if Champion lists part #123 look on Bosch's site to see what plug matches that one, they should have a PDF with cross referance #'s.

Ok, I went to Bosch's site and I see what you are saying, all I can say is that they dont list any spark plugs for the 4.6 because they dont have any plugs that work well in that engine.

I'm afraid you must be correct... maaaan, bummer! Everything else under the hood says Bosch...

I'll try to find someone else with a 4.6 to see what they use.

Thanks Phil!

I never thought buying sparks would be as complicated as buying the truck. The 4.0 and 4.6 are essentially the same engine and engine management so any plug that will work in the 4.0 will also work in the 4.6. Land Rover Repair Forum's store which is Cerrone's European that Disco Mike always recommends for Magnecor wires lists the 4418 for both engines. I would be inclined to go with what they say over most auto parts places.

Here you go Pat.

But to be honest I would go with Iridium plugs.
