Default Spark Plug Gap

Well, on my 96 Disco I kept on getting some misfire codes even after doing the plugs/wires so I decided to change the plugs to the Champion rn11yc4's since the indy I went to said the plugs should be these. These are the right plugs, correct? Should the gap be 36?

36 to 42.
Who's wires did you install? When did you last decarbon the engine and what octane are you running?

91 octane, STI wires, and seafoam inductioned twice within the last month and a half.
