I called dealer to ask if they had performed a wheel alignment after replacing all four tires. they did NOT. Tell my why you would put expensive tires on a heavy truck and not do a wheel alignment? especially when the reason the tires were replaced was due to 'cupping' which can happen when alignment is off. Service says to talk to Sales because Sales told them what to do.

oy. this dealership.

Some dealers suck. Don't let it get you down on the brand. With the help of people on here, you can fix almost anything, or lead your mechanic in the right direction.

Stop taking the truck to the dealer, unless it is to take it back. They are obviously incompetent, and with everything you have said about the truck, it has been wrecked. If you want to keep it, stop trying to get the dealer to fix stuff. They probably won't.

Is the truck still under a warranty?
If not then def take it anywhere else.

The car is no longer under warranty. It's going elsewhere. LRNA is now involved.
