Default Stange code problems

So, just finished up having pretty much the whole top of the engine rebuilt. New HGs, thermo, green coolant, water pump, fan clutch, etc. Finally reassembled everything and the truck runs beautifully. Very smooth, no issues.

However...

The check engine light is on. It's throwing codes for the cam sensor and the idle air control. Which is strange, because the engine runs just fine. The codes can be cleared, the truck will start and run for as long as you want, no light. Shut it off and start it again, and after running for ten seconds, the light comes back on and the codes are back.

Thoughts?

Could it be as simple as a bad ground? How many ground wires are there? One could have been missed. Could it be my battery not being fully charged or a result of it sitting for three and a half weeks? Or am I looking at needing some new parts?

Unplug, clean connectors, and re-seat. Truck will run with them disconnected.
