Exclamation Steady Drip Coolant Leak

03 Disco, 73000 miles. i have a steady drip coolant leak comeing from the front drivers side front corner of engine. I thought it was my A/C drains this morning. When I got off work it was still dripping. Any thoughts, advice or concerns would be greatly apreciated.

First thought is your head gaskets are failing. Sound exactly like what mine did when the head gaskets started to go. Another possibility is the water pump failing. Have the cooling system pressure tested and you'll know exactly where your leak is coming from.

could be the HG's could be anything. get the system pressure tested to make sure you figure out where the leak is coming from.

Either a front cover/water pump leak or a HG leak. Go to Napa a get a little bottle of coolant dye. That should tell you really quickly where it is originating from.

Well just crawled under to take a better look since its cooled down. Only noticeable drip is comeing from the drivers side corner of the sump. No coolant any higher than that. Its looking like water pump or front cover gasket. recently had valley gaskets and water pump gaskets changed. Im now wondering if he ever put a new front cover gasket on.
As always THANK YOU MY LAND ROVER BROTHERS!

That sounds exactly like front cover leak. He probably did not do the front cover as it involves a significant amount of work. That being said it is a pretty straight forward job for a DIY'r

Ya the water pump is new. So probably front cover. Lipadj46 how many miles did you have when you did your HG?
I will take it to the shop Wens and get it preasure tested/see how much this is gonna cost.
Thank you all!
