Default steering fluid leak

It's actually more of a pouring of power steering fluid than a leak. I believe that the fluid flow is coming from the top of the steering box. There is a plate with one bolt on it that hold the two lines, one from the PS reservoir and the other from the PS cooler, onto the box. This is where the fluid seems to be coming out of. I don't see any fluid coming out of the PS pump. I got the line from the PS reservoir off after taking the bolt out. It just had two 'O' rings and you just pushed it into the top of the box. I didn't get the other out for fear of bending or breaking it. Thanks for your assistance.

Where the hoses enter the box or the pump - there are O rings on the end of each hose.

Probably the high pressure hose is leaking and has a split in the hose or a bad O ring.

I would probably replace the high pressure hose and the O rings.
The fluid could be dribbling down to where you think it is coming out.

Top of the steering box also has a fluid relief fitting. Takes a 1/4 inch socket to open/ close it like the same fitting for bleeding brakes. Give that fitting a very gentle turn to the right.

Easy on it - or you will snap it off.
No more than a 3 degree turn clockwise.

That fitting is used to bleed the power steering.
Your fitting may have come loose.
Or your high pressure hose in on the lam.

I checked the bleed value, it's closed and not leaking, no fluid is coming from pump. Is there something I must do to get the high pressure hose out of the top of the steering box, can new 'O' rings be put on the high pressure hose? Can I put in an aftermarket cooler and just have hoses made?
