Since I've had my car the controls on the steering wheel (01 DII) have never worked (horn, cruise, radio). I've checked both fuse boxes in engine bay and under dash and haven't noticed any blown ones. Also haven't seen any empty slots. Is here possibly a connector that is not plugged in somewhere I can check? Maybe the previous owner removed it for some reason?

 

Any ideas?
