Default Still can't connect aftermarket radio.

trying to install an aftermarket radio in my Disco and even after purchasing the connectors I can't get it to work. I do have a Harman Kardon system with the CD Changer - got Metra 70-9400 harness but the plug won't fit inside the socket. What gives?

Nope... haven't done that. I just went with what everybody here on this forum was talking about - got the part number off one of the posts - harness arrived, says 1999-2004 Land Rover Discovery 2 but the extra plug for the speakers just won't work... plug and socket don't match up.

that doesn't help if you can't actually put the plug into the back of the radio, which is what this sounds like.

according to the Crutchfield website that part number only works on 1993-1998 Discoverys. not sure how accurate that is.

Ok then, can anyone tell me which harness I should use to connect my radio? problem is I only have two RCA connectors on the back of the radio... either that or I'll just buy a used original unit and slap it in there. (I bought my Disco without the stereo).
