Strange Braking Issue in 2000 Disco

i would start by flushing the brake fluid out yourself. i wouldn't rely on the previous owner to have done regular maintenance no matter what they say. also keep an eye on the driveshaft if it hasnt been rebuilt you might want to start thinking about that. also check out the 60k service stick in the Disco section if you have not already.

I agree with starting simple and doing a brake fluid flush.

Other than that I need to think about this one.
I have had many a car that pulled when you hit the brakes but they always pulled the same direction every time.

Guys- thank you all, very much. I will have my mechanic do a flush with some supreme fluid, and I'll see if it still does it.

Make sure he does a complete flush, a little over 3 pints of DOT 4. Have him check for a burned smell/color and also rubber debrit, like sand or smaller.
