Default Stripped torx bolt.

Finally got around to changing the ATF filter with a slight hang up. One bolt
was stripped. Didn't have time to monkey around so I put back the other torx bolt and replaced the pan gasket. Other than notching the bolt head, and using a large screw driver and / or tapping the notch on the edge CCW to unscrew, any other ideas?

I have had succes with a flat end version of an easy out, but you may find it quicker to notch the bolt head. Would cover everything else to prevent metal fragments from flying where you don't want them. I've also used the Torx jammed down in stripped out Allen heads.
