Without the space and ability to restore it by yourself, selling it may be your best option. You could rebuy one in the future.

I am making a similar decision. Mine just died, and it is not on good enough shape to invest in fixing it. I will likely remove and store all good parts, then restore one at a later date.

 

I sent you a private message last week if your are interested in talking. I think it would make more sense to sales than keep at this point. I can always buy later.
