Sorry also look at page 126 or 127...which ever matches your unit. The wires do change colors.

My system has 2 A post 2 speakers on each front door 2 speakers on each rear door and 2 subs on the tail door along with the headphone inputs behind the middle row of seats. do i have the system on 126 and 127 if so in the back of the truck are those wires for the subs going to be the same color and will they be high range or low range? since that would be post amp i would assume they are low range and i would need my RCA converter instead of my high line plug that comes with the sub. i don't have harmon i know that and i pulled the stock subs and they don't have an amp on them.

Oh man, this is getting crazy. Look at the wiring diagram in the Crutchfield link I posted. The wiring for the amplifier is what you need to be using to guide you. That shows the plug that connects to the amp. It has both input and output wiring. You want to look for the following: Back Door Sub 1 + BN/BK, Back Door Sub 1 - WT/BK; Back Door Sub 2 + PK/BK, Back Door Sub 2 - RD. There are 2 subs in the rear door, and those are the colors for the wiring pairs for each sub. The colors will be the same in the rear of the vehicle.

If it were me, I'd cut the wires and connect them to the high level input for your new sub and leave the wires to the factory subs disconnected. If you want to get fancy you can rig up a plug for the speaker wiring so you can reconnect the factory subs if you ever need to pull out the aftermarket sub for extra room. And yes, you need to use the high-level inputs on the aftermarket sub. If you don't, then you will need to run a remote wire to trigger the amp as the line-level inputs (RCA) won't have enough voltage for the amp to sense when it should kick on.

is the color on the crutch field the same as what ralph posted? i mean that in the way of the key

Back Door Sub 1 + 1 BN/BK
Back Door Sub 1 - 2 WT/BK

While on the land rover diagram those rant connected to the same speaker?
