I have an 04 disco. Has 308k miles on it and a month ago a hose popped off while driving on the highway and overheated. I didn't realize till it was too late. Was hoping it was just a blown head gasket but after replacing it I'm still getting exaust in the coolant system. So I'm pretty sure I have a cracked block.
so now I'm looking into getting a range rover while I get time and money to replace the block or engine swap the disco as it's one of my favorite land rovers and really dont want to get rid of it.
I like the body style of the 06 to 12 HSEs but not sure which would be better so I'm trying to get some suggestions
appreciate it

I don't know a whole lot about range rovers but I'd avoid the 5.0 ones, they're just too problematic in my opinion, the Jag 4.4 and 4.2 supercharged are much more reliable.
