Default Sunroof Drain Pan/Tray

Hi guys,

Got the headliner out of the project Rover today and noticed the PO had broken the nipples off the sunroof tray and tried to glue them back (like it would seal). Anyway, just curious to know if anyone knows where to find a new pan/tray? Or where to run a bead a silicone to just seal the thing off permanently? Thank in advance!

Don't think you will find a replacement tray and would suggest your use J B Weld and reattach the tubes.

you dont want to block those tubes, it will pour in water them.
Try sicking a couple pieces of a plastic straw or tubing in them to hold them in place while they dry with JB weld.

Had a broken nipple on my sunroof... JB weld worked.
Easy to pull the tray and rebed the plastic trays...The old silicone on mine was shot and water would seep through the old silicone, before getting to the drain line. While you have it open, I would check this.
My rubber drain lines were glued onto the plastic nipple, so be careful removing them..I cut the line back to expose the plastic to remove the sunroof tray.
I have zero leaks in my truck.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately, the PO was a complete @$$$ and tried to seal everything up without even reattaching the nipples. Most of the plastic part of the tray is simply gone and the drain hoses were shoved out of the way all together. I'm going to attempt to completely rebuild the thing using fiberglass and resin. Thanks for the help.
