Even though your Bluetooth is connected, there can be a few reasons why you might not be getting sound on your iPhone. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:-
1. Volume:- Double-check that the volume is turned up on both your iPhone and your Bluetooth device (headphones, speaker, etc.). Many Bluetooth devices have their own volume controls.
2. Silent Mode:- Ensure Silent mode is not enabled on your iPhone. You can check this in the Control Center or by looking at the switch on the side of your iPhone.
3. Output Selection:- Verify the audio is directed to your Bluetooth device. Open the Control Center and tap on the now playing card. You should see your Bluetooth device as the selected output.
4. App Settings:- Some apps might have their own Bluetooth settings. Check the app's settings to make sure Bluetooth audio is enabled.
5. Restarting:- Turn Bluetooth off and on again in your iPhone's settings, & completely restart both your iPhone and your Bluetooth device.
