Default Sunroof problems

I just got a 95 Disco and when we purchased it the front sunroof didn't work, I thought it would be an easy fix, maybe a small broken part. went to the junk yard to get some other parts and decided to look at another sunroof before breaking into my own, long story short my front sunroof tracks are shot, roof piece is sitting up there not attached to anything cause it wouldn't go all the way closed with the bad tracks. thinking of siliconing it to the roof for the winter so I don't get any leaks.

anyone know what it will cost to get the thing fixed or do I now have a skylight on my disco and nothing more?
thanks

You can replace just the tracks.

Have you tried using an allen wrench to manually close the roof? The access port is inside that square plastic plug up by your switch.
