Bit unusual but both of my sunroofs and the rear windows have stopped working at the same. Does anyone know what connects them electronically speaking, I am assuming a short somewhere. I have checked fuses and they are OK. Thanks

 

There's a sunroof control unit mounted to the ceiling, behind the headliner. I think it's between the sun visors.
