Default SUPERTECH oil which one AUTO TRANNY

so i plan on doing my tranny oil change this weekend and i went to walmart to get the oils. there are like 6 different oils that meet the standard to put in the rovers transmission. which one. here is the list. all are supertech

supertech high milage auto tranny fluid
auto tranny fluid
multi vehicle atf auto tranny fluid
atf+4 auto tranny fluid
mercon v auto trannt fluid
dexron vi auto tranny fluid

Anyone that is Dexron III compatible.
Read the back, it must say Dexron III.
I prefer Valvoline Maxlife, you can buy it by the gallon.
Whatever you use just make damn sure it says Dexron III.

I hear you but the reason I ask is because 5 out if the 6 say its comparable with dex 3. Any thoughts.

You should also change the transmission filter if you don't know the history of when it was changed last. There also should be a magnet at the bottom of the transmission pan that will have all sorts of particles stuck to it. It's a good idea to clean all that up when you have the pan removed.

Don't use the +4 stuff. They are for Chrysler and Mitsubishi. No need to pay extra for that. Just get the cheapest stuff that says dexron III, unless you are wanting to spend extra for a specific reason, like synthetic or high mileage leap stopping stuff.
