Default suspension recomendations

I'm going to be replacing my coils and shocks soon. I want to get a 2" lift kit that will meet my disco's needs. Just mounted a steel winch bumper, No winch yet and the rear steel bumper will also be mounted soon. Any good recommendations on heavy duty coils for the front? Should I do heavy on the rear as well or Med. Also curious about good shock absorber suggestions.

I would go HD all the way around if you are doing F&R steel bumpers with a winch. Chances are you'll eventually want sliders and underbody protection in the future as well. I always tell people to plan their suspension around the truck they're building, not the truck they currently have. We have a lot of options available. Let me know if you have any other questions.
