Default Crank Position Sensor

I am thinking about changing the crank position sensor on my truck since I have read that they tend to fail after 100,000 miles. There are two types available. One is OE and the other isn't but they are both made by Bosch. Do I have to fork over the extra money for the OE or am I fine getting the lower cost Bosch. I also wonder what could be the difference between the two.

On Atlantic British they list two, both made by Bosch. The OE is $95 and the other is $70.
