Default Suspension spacers?

I am debating over buying the full ome lift or the 2" coil spacers. I have about 1 grand to spend on my disco if i buy the ome lift i will have no money left over for mud tires. Has anyone used the suspension spacers with stock shocks/springs if so how were they?

Thanks

2" spacers will only raise your truck up, still leaving you with an old warn out suspension, NOT good.
For apx $650 you can buy the new OME coils, shocks and stabilizer, install it your self and have enough money left over for tires.

anything more than 2" and you have to start messing with driveshafts and brakelines. Go to www.lrr forums.com and look through their store. Tony has some of the best prices out there...

Actually I have a 3" lift on my 99D2 with no drive line issues, had it for a little over 5 years, has held up with and I am still running my roto flex with it.

And how small of a rim can i fit before the rims hit the brake caliper on a 2002 discovery SE? I was thinking of doing 15's will that fit without hitting the caliper.

Why do you want to go to a 15" wheel. How about going to a 245/75/16, no rubbing, the ride well and last well without going to a lift.

The tires i want only fit 15s. And will they fit correctly around the caliper?

So what size and brand tire would make you go to a 15" wheel?
