saw some rot under neath.
is there a good place to get ready made floor pans or go the route of fabbing what i need in the car.worst seems to be the rear cargo erea.and is this a common thing on the disco.

Happened to me with my 87 Range Rover. If you want a cheaper solution than an entire floor pan replacement (which can be done), you can get treated sheet-metal that will not rust and rivet it to the inside of the floor pan. You will want to cut out the rust and coat the original flooring edges with something like POR15. Also seal the sheet-metal to the floor pan to keep water from leaking in from below.
