Both output shaft seals are prone to leakage.

My 01 T case only leaks when I am moving. When stationary - no leaks..

Yeah, I would get used to filling you your T case monthly or else you'll ruin it.

Spray engine cleaner GUNK on it.
Then get a car wash pressure hose on SOAP mode and hose it off.
Take a picture of it with your cell phone all clean.
Drive a few miles take pictures of the leaks.

Put those pictures on here for us to see please.

2 late on the "fix it first"...as it turns out...pretty sure I've blown a bearing on the ft output shaft...
\Looks like I'm going to have to find a suitable used one to run while I rebuild this one...day late and gonna find out how many $$ short...
Anyone have a source for a reliable used t-case? Does anyone offer a complete bearing and seal kit? "Hoping" all the gearing can be saved...
Thanks...again...
