Default t-case and transmission fluid change

How do you guys refill the fluids after changing out the t-case? Diffs are easy, but I saw someone mention using a pump for the others.

go to your local parts store and get a cheap oil transfer pump. That's what I use. I used it on the front diff too, the drag link was in the way. Makes ita lot easier

This works great. $5.37 from any Marine parts store. It will come in useful for other things down the road also ;-)

I had to buy one for my lower unit. It took 3 times longer to pump 2 quarts, and a the end, the clear plastic hose popped off the nozzle and would not stay back on. Just get the red barrell pump with 2 hoses.

Modify it by removing the threaded insert that screws into the outboard drive, and install a copper pipe. See pictures for modified pump.

Of course your idea is just as good ;-)
