Hi Reno 911. I am Wendy from Tactical 4x4. Your post was brought to my attention and I wanted to make sure that you were refunded and that any issues you have have been addressed. Our normal practice it to readily refund orders if the customer decides to cancel, and we have not had any issue with this, so your post is very concerning and I want to make sure it is addressed. I have a few questions for you, first of all, I need to know if you ordered directly from us, or if you went through someone else. If it was through someone else, I would like to know who so I can facilitate you getting that refund. If it was through us, please let me know the order number so that I can get this taken care of. 2020 was a tough year for everyone, with losses and supply chain issues everywhere, and the year ended with Eric and I having COVID, and literally spending a month in bed. We were sick in January and February, so I guess it is possible that an order was missed during this time, as it was only Eric, myself and one other person welding and working. We are up and running now and have two additional people working for us, so hopefully this kind of thing won't happen again. I spoke to Wendy from TR yesterday regarding placing an order for a new D2 bumper. She was very transparent in explaining the manufacturing lead times, which also clearly listed on their website. Wendy answered all my questions and even provided additional info I hadn't thought to ask. I'm a member of the Land Rover Club of San Diego. All feedback from club members, as well as online research, has been positive. I placed an order and am looking forward to the new bumper.
