Tail Light Problem
I have a 96 D1 that has some tail light issues. The drivers side tail light does not come on. When I hit the brake it comes on, but the running light portion is off. I have tried new blubs, but that didn't fix it, I used a volt meter and did not detect any voltage on the drivers side...but did get 13.6 on the side that was working.
I don't think its ground cause the other lights in the cluster work (turn, brake, reverse)...so...
Where do I go to trace the wire and see where I am loosing voltage. What are the wires for running light on the molex connector going into the cluster?

Can you remove that light assembly and switch it with the other side to see if the problem persisits? It might be a bad assembly. So if you can switch them and see what happens before you go trying to chase electrical gremlins.
