I am getting ready to change the hinges on my tailgate, as they are in bad bad shape.

Can anyone tell me what type or rivets are on the lower hinge?

I am going to drill them out, and will use a bit /bolt if possible, but I do. Or believe I I’ll be able to.

any advice/experiences appreciated.
