Default Take 2-high idle

Seems I made a goof! I posted a problem with high idle even after replacing the stepper motor and indicated no vac leaks noticeable. You were all very kind with suggestions including the PCV hose.

Here's the thing, I posted as a 98 D1 V8i (which it is) but looking at the manual it appears to be the SFI version and I don't seem to have a PCV do I???

Also what kind of vac pipes would I have to check as I don't have a distributor either? Are the evap lines that run between the throttle chamber and the purge valve and brake servo unit vacuum lines?

Thanks for helping yet again :-)

Youi do have 2 PCV hose. You need to check every hose and seal if you plan on finding a possible leak.

Your PCV hose is on the passenger side valve cover, same as a DII, and it goes to the intake plenum, it is the only vacuum line on that side.
On the throttle body are you other vacuum lines.
There is a really short one that goes from the valve cover to the t-body.
The others are your brake vacuum and cruise vacuum.
