TC Solenoid Removal?

I want to remove the solenoid from my transfer case so I can shift into L again.

What's the easiest access to remove it? Through the center console? Anything need to be done once it's out?

Thru the console or if you have a long, flexiable arm from under the truck, which is what we did with mine.
