Default Tensioner and Idle Pulley Bearings

After some research and other's posts (JUKE179r). I m making a cheat sheet on all bearings. I was working on the AC Bearing NACHI # 30BG05S2G-2DS.
Seems like the 80mm Pulley is about to go as well.

before I order all the Bearings - Can anyone confirm these Bearings are the correct one? Does it matter if the ratings says high speed, Stainless Steel?
I am trying to order from https://www.123bearing.com
so many choices - confused as to what to order.

• Tensioner and Pulley assy: Gates #38245 / Dayco #89287
• Tensioner pulley: 90mm LR #131070 / Gates #36102 steel / Dayco #89054 polyvee (Bearing #6203-2RS)
• Small idler pulley: 70mm LR # PQR500060/ Dayco #89052 steel / Gates 36275 ? (Bearing #6203-2RS)
• Large idler pulley: 80mm LR # PQR101150 metal (Bearing #6304-2RS)
• AC Compressor Clutch Bearing NACHI # 30BG05S2G-2DS

Thanks

If you replace the bearings in all those pulleys, you should post a picture thread so the rest of us can see how it's done. Those idler pulleys are stupidly expensive...

We'll do Dr.

I have been reading up and learning a lot from other forums for the last 3 days. I started to replace the AC Clutch bearing which was the main culprit, I decided to replace 70mm, tensioner Pulleys , 80mm Pulley bearings and Belt. I am almost done and ordering them tonight except the AC. AC I have narrowed down and going to look locally tomorrow. Once I find the optimal, good parts and decent pricing I will update my list and perhaps some pic side by side.

Hello!

I think you should check the specs of the bearings. I think a high speed bearing used in a low speed environment will last more. The pulleys usually rotate 3 or 4 times quicker than the engine, then, it means that the pulley will normally rotate between 8,000 and 16,000 rpm (the engine rotates between 2,000 and 4,000 rpm while driving).

Hope it helps
