Default Tensioner pulley offset?

Is the pulley on the tensioner supposed to be offset at an angle?

That doesn't look normal. I installed a new tensioner recently and checked if the pulley lines up with the other pulleys and it did.

Looks bad.

Does it spin on one axis?

Make sure where it mounts on the accessory bracket it's not cracked and blown out. Seen plenty of them let go from the aluminum cracking. Or it's just a bent bolt where the pulley attaches to the tensioner.

I had mine off last week and put it back on incorrectly. There is a "dimple" in the mounting bracket that the tensioner goes into. Move the tensioner up/down and allow it to fall into place.

The locator tab on the tensioner is definitely in the hole.
