Driving down the highway more or less in a straight line would incur much less stress or anything else on the 3 bolts etc. Its round the town with sweeping bends etc that would be more (if any) of an issue.

You dont "have" to do the speed limit on the highway do you...... ?

if he / she / who ever is unsure then dont do it, but I can honestly say if I needed to do the same, it would not be an issue as far as Im concerned.
