are these 8mm wires and are these good for my 99 DISCO II

will the MPG improve with those wires tho over my stock ones considering I just replaced the plugs with the BOSCH +4 or will those new AB wires be the same as the original stock ones?

A better spark will improve MPG, so almost any new plug wire will improve your MPG.
