yeah, my 265s rub hard in the wells. I hate the sound...it sounds terrible. Haha. I'm in the market for some 255s now.

Honda,
There is no such thing as a 1.5" H.D. OME lift kit. Exactly what springs, by part number, did you install?
I have friends running OME 751 fronts and 762 rear coils that are running 285/75/16's with no issue.

It's my junkyard find. I have no idea.

I've done some research and literally measured, it comes out to roughly 1.5, I guess. I'm not really sure, I just know my tires are too damn big...and loud...and ride awful.

is there a spot in rave that describes how to remove the lower front bumper part that has the foglights? id like to remove mine but havent had a chance to look to see whats needed. simple bolt removal or any cutting involved? im getting my 3" terrafirma installed next week next im in the market for tires, i was think slightly over 265 (or could i go 285 maybe?) if i do rear trimming and remove the front lower bumper?

Why do you want to trim your bumper, just to fit the wider tires? Even without the 3" lift you should be able to fit a 265/75r16 (see http://www.landroverclubvi.com/tires.html for proof), so I'd think a 285 could be squeezed in there after the lift. If you're thinking about ever getting an aftermarket bumper, then why not at least pull your stock bumper cover and sell it rather than hacking it up? Someone (a friend) backed into my truck and smashed up my front bumper, so cutting mine wasn't a big loss, but if yours is good it might have some value...

Anyway, trimming the bumper isn't something you'll find in the RAVE, I'd suggest you try searching bumper trimming here, and over on D-web. I know that I had read some discussions on one of these forums before chopping mine up...
