Default They're Back ... P0150, P0174, P1174

I have an 04 SE with just over 80k miles and about 6 weeks ago I had 2 trouble codes (P0150 and P0174) and one pending (P1174). I installed 4 new Bosch O2 sensors, new plugs/wires and installed an Ultragauge for real time monitoring of codes. All codes were cleared, truck was running smoothly and gas mileage improved. After about 1000 miles, codes started coming fast and furious, here is a quick breakdown:

0 miles: all repairs described above
1000 miles: pending P0154, SES = off
1015 miles: pending P0150, P0174, SES = off
1125 miles: Trouble P0150: pending P0174, P01174, SES = ON
1240 miles: Trouble P0150, P0174: pending P1174, SES = ON

So I am essentially back where I started, poor fuel consumption, rich smelling exhaust. There was no oil on the connectors when I installed them and I am having a hard time believing the sensor has died already, I can understand getting a bad one right off the hop, but to work for 1000 miles then die?

Any suggestions of what to try next would be much appreciated, I am fairly handy, but new to automotive mechanics.

Thanks

Thanks Disco Mike, I am worried it might be something complimentary going wrong, but I will get on the warranty replacement and hope that is all it is.

The reason I thought it might be something else is that it is quite a coincidence to have 1 O2 sensor fail, replace all 4 and then have only 1 of the new 4 fail in the exact same location as the original failure. Weird don't you think?

my rig was tossing the same codes a few months ago. i replaced the wires and plugs 2 years prior and did about 10k miles.

replaced the 2 O2 sensors and all was well up until 2 days ago when it was tossing 0150 and 0174 again. O2 sensor bank 2 and lean mixture bank 2.

getting a new O2 sent from atlantic british under warranty. plugs and wires are all in good shape so i assume we both just got bad O2 sensors as nothing else is wrong on the rigs
