Default Getting a P1174, P0174, and P0150 reading

I just recently changed out all 4 o2 sensors about 6 months ago. I replaced the wires with a set of Magnacors and bosch platinum plus 4's about a year ago. Anyone have any idea what these codes could mean?

you have a lean condition on bank two. Its either a broken weld on the exhaust flange or intake. I would be that you got oil on the oxygen sensor connector.

thx Rovin, appreciate your help. I knew i had a broken weld on the heat shield which has been causing a vvibration/rattling noise under the truck....which i've been getting around to welding back on. I didn't think that there was a sensor that could read a broken weld. If there is in fact oil on the o2 sensor, will i need to replace the whole sensor? In reference to the heat shield.....do i need to get it welded back on or can i just take the shield entirely off?

Thx alot for your help!

no the heat shield can't be welded back on. it has to be tightened down with giant hose clamps. check napa for them.

What I mean is the weld around the flange of the catalytic converter. But its possible the oxygen sensor is covered with oil. clean and recheck the readings. If it responds under load correctly it is good. if it doesn't then put another one in.

Roger that. I'll check it out this weekend (barring the 97 degree weather we've been getting) and get back to the board as to what I find. Thx again!
