Thinking about making my Nanocom available for rent ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just received the following reply from Nanocom
”Discovery 1 is not covered by Nanocom Evolution.
“
So, I have a large Discovery 1 as a paperweight?
Any thoughts, ways around this? I have seen a jumper to bypass the Spider advertised on eBay, but other than that I am looking at jumpering around these Immobilizer and Theft boxes. Inputs?

2 Questions -----
1) What do I need to purchase to program 2 new keys? I have a "fob" portion that the key blank is broken out of, that (I think) still works; and I have a key with no electronic guts, which is the one I use. I have been just manually locking the doors with the key.
2) Any possibility the Nanocom can aid in learning what the heck is causing my 3 amigos??? (I have a Foxwell 520)

2. It can, it did with mine. It has a module that displays SLABS fault codes in relatively plain English. I had an issue and it pointed to the right front wheel speed sensor being the culprit.

If this is still a thing, I'm also interested in a rental to disable Superlock and program a key remote fob.
We picked up a 2001 Discovery 2 for my son and are baselining it. The superlock and fob are not things that would push me over the edge to buy a Nanocom for $400+, but renting it for a day would be great.
In the meantime, I'll depin the superlock wire on the door lock actuator harness as I repair or replace them. That'll prevent lockout, but not help with disabling the ecu, so he could still be stranded.
