Default Thinking about parting-out 99 Disco II

Hey, folks. Starting to think about parting out my 99 Disco II.
She's been sitting beside my house since last spring, after she broke down on me on the way home from Arizona.
Engine is on a stand in the garage. Went the wrong direction on diagnosis, pulled it and later discovered it was a spun bearing on connector rod 7. Easy enough to fix, but decided to just rebuild the thing while it was out...and then got busier and busier with other things.
So, just wondering what you guys think. Pains me to think of getting rid of her because when she's running, she's running great, but I've got another project going and thinking I can put the proceeds to that.
So, what do you folks think? Worth it or should I just finish the job? Knowing if I finish the job I certainly will keep her. Will probably base my decision on what you all think I'd be able to get from parting her out...
-C.

I also have a 99 D2 and if I had to replace/rebuild the engine, I would because mine has been a good truck and don't want to part with it .
If you do decide to part it out, let me know.

I need a drivers side mirror and a fog light if you decide to do the deed. I would fix it though.

put a MB OM617 in there! Oh that reminds me..anybody on here that has done a OM617 conversion in their disco? I see them selling fairly cheap and there's a guy on pirate that has fabed up an adapter plate for our ZF-HP22.
