I'm aware of the maint issues and all that. I lived in England 12yrs and as a mechanic am used to British vehicle issues. Anyway, My intention was to buy a clean ued 03-04 Disco. My main requirement was to have th Harmon Kardon option. I have a chance at a very clean 03 with DVD system but no Harmon system. I haven't actually heard the Harmon system but have heard the std system. How much better is the Hardon sound option? Would I regret no holding out for it?

What exactly is the CDL option? I assume that's the Harmon Kardon sound system? I thought I'd seen a few 03's with it. I think you guys may be talking about the center diff, I'm asking about the upgraded stereo.

I made mention of the lack of diff lock just in case you were purchasing the vehicle with the intention of listening to your stereo while off-roading. If you have no off-roading interests, disregard my point. Sorry i don't have information on the sound system.
