Wow, not seen those. Little money spinner for someone. Buy a switch for £30. Few wires and plugs, sell for £80.
Yes, it's a bit of soldering and snipping and messing about. And that would take some of the headache away.
Although, getting the modulator raised enough, but not too much was my biggest issue. Blocks of wood, the right little socket etc.

The only thing that kit doesn't have is the o rings, which are the reason for the leak in the first place, which causes damage to the circuit board.
Falconwerks in AZ has then for around $30.

You're right Abran. Quite often the nub of the problem is the shuttle valve seals and the only place they are available, as you rightly state, is Falconworks, expensive, damned right, but they have the market cornered. I even tried Wabco directly but they wouldn't play ball because LR sell the repair kits for £450 or a whole new modulator for a kings ransom.

and 4" is adequate to get a 1/4" drive ratchet with an Allen head socket in. Don't forget to release the brake pipes from the bulkhead clips first though.

It usually means the brake fluid is getting past the seals, leaking onto the shuttle valve and making the switch not work.
You can take it off, have a look, see if it is greasy looking. Ie, fluid leak. If it isn't, swap it. If it is, swap it and the seals.
Search for SVS repair, option B repair. And get a large cup of coffee.

If its likely the SVS is bad/leaking and if I replace the SVS and the seals why would I want to modify anything... esp something that controls my breaking (I should note I have not had the time to read what options A and B involve... or why one would do such a mod)
