Default Tick Back After Loose Air Intake at Throttle Body

The worm drive on the air intake/throttle body hose clamp stripped when I was removing it to clean the TB. I had to drive ~2 miles max to a local specialist with the hose on, but loose, where they had an extra clamp off an old Jag...the local auto parts store was no help.

Since then the tick has returned. Not sure whether it is causation or correlation, but wanted to see if any on the list know of a possible cause, given the precipitating event, and a fix.

Thanks,
Dave
