We're you monitoring temperatures? Did it over heat?

Sounds like someone is off-camera smacking a hammer on the bench.

Although it could be the mobile phone sound quality, sounds like there is some sai or exhaust noise near the start.

When you rev the engine does the tick (bang) go away in a certain rev range?

Take off the serp belt, run it for a short while, check it's not something ancillary.

Damn. I done that again.

My phone has started suggesting similar threads to the one I am reading by default. When I press reply, it replies to the suggested one, not the one I am reading.
