Time for a brake caliper?
#17
I wished I had the wear sensors, but since they are only on one pad, I don't think it would do any good in a situation like mine where one looks like new and the other is all metal. The only good part about O'Reilly's is that their warehouse is minutes from the store so they can get just about anything within 20 minutes.

The caliper bolt is 13mm 12pt, but 1/2" will do in a pinch.
Rotor bolts are 14mm 12pt.
You should get some Loctite 270 as it's specified for the caliper bolts, rotor bolts and the hub flange bolts. Might want to get a 10x1.50 tap as well to clean old locking compound out of the threads of the hubs.
I've broken several regular sockets so got a 13mm 12pt 3/8" drive and haven't broken it.
Nothing wrong with Cardone reman. I'm using them now with no issues.
I've been buying my brake pads at NAPA for the last 7 years and not had any issues with them and got good mileage out of them. No shipping charges.
Just cut off the wear sensor wires, they aren't used on some models but the pads are the same.
If you use the RTC3511 seals here're a couple of tips.
This is what the seal looks like fitted, with it's lip resting on the hub.
Use the front drive member to recess it, it's a perfect size.
Tap it down carefully with a hammer.
It's correct when recessed in to the hub 4mm
The ridge on the the drive flange is taller than 4mm, so you will want to go a little at a time until you reach the correct depth.
