Default a time sensitive question...

I might be able to get a working fuel injector for cheap; it is from a 2004 DII with the 4.6L. As you may be aware I have an '01 Disco w4.0L. The part numbers are the same, therefore, will it work in my Rover?

Why are you looking to replace an injector, what fault codes do you have?

It is my understanding that the ECU tells the injector how much fuel.
Check part numbers as Spike said and that will be the tell all.
