Default Timing Cover Bolt Confusion

So I replaced the timing cover (again) and I was reading the rave upon reassembly and confused myself. First, it said that 9 bolts secured the cover to the block. I only counted 8 that went though the cover to secure to the block. What it called #9 was one of the water pump bolts that didn't go through.

Then I found one opening that I can't remember what went there.

Also I didn't put these bolts in with loctite. Would it mess the gasket up if I remove one at a time to apply loctite and then torque back?

There are 9 bolts that go through to block. They have a larger head size and a couple of them go through water pump into block. I don't see why you need lock thread? Picture in rave is off. The hole with ? Goes through to block. The right most two holes in pump go to block if I remember correctly. And 1 more left lower area

That top one with the arrows cleared things up. I must be missing a long bolt...

Do one of the bolts secure a bracket for what looks like oil pressure switch? If so does anyone remember which one?

Ok, well given the previous modification to the front cover, I'm wondering if they put the bracket on a different bolt. I'm not sure where this *should* be bolted up to.

I found the original dissaembly picture. Does this look correct or no?

Bolt hole to the left(looking at cover) from the camshaft sensor hole. It takes a short bolt 11mm.

Yes, that's where the bracket mounts.
