tire size and gas mileage ....... opinions

Tires Size 225 75 16
Right now I'm running 235 70 16, but want a A/T tire I found these

just want to make sure these will work good.

Also I just got the disco back from the shop after we talked about my leaks. I went ahead and did a valve job, replaced everything that I could all gaskets , timing chain, water pump, belt, all hoses, brakes, She's running smooth.
