Anyone had any communication or interaction w/ Todd or ToddCo suspensions recently? Trying to get hold of them about an order / query.

Yep I found a few. I bought something, paid for it, and it's been 6 weeks with zero communication and haven't received anything. Keen to get the item so not trying to bash a vendor who makes cool Rover stuff!

I tried to get a center diff from ToddCo a few months back. Gave up, no response from them. Went with Ashcrosft instead.

 

Update = there is no update.

This jackass business took my money via paypal, never shipped out the suspension lift I ordered, never responded to my questions inquiring. And Paypal refuses to refund without him responding.

I’m all about supporting small businesses that help our Rover addictions. Not this.

ToddCo should take their website down if they have no operational ability.

 

Update: Refunded my money on 10/3 (interesting timing given this post above), yet sent no email, apology nor other communication along with the refund.

About a year ago I ordered there headers, no reply for a few days than my money was refunded. I’m assuming they are no longer in business, or probably just trying to clear out old stock they have lying around and don’t want to update the site.
