Default Tongue Weight???

Hey guys,
I am running a 2000 DII named Lindy and was hoping that you could clear up some questions i had... So i want to get one of those hitch mounted dual motorcycle ramps... Their max load is 800lbs but the tongue max is 550lbs... Is there a way to get around this (Other than a class 4)? Is it the hitch itself or the suspension? The two bike would put it in the neighborhood of 720lbs???

Thoughts?

I have seen someone with this setup. They added airbags to the rear coils. Not sure what the hitch is rated for, but I know the suspension won't handle it. The airbags obviously won't work if you already have air suspension.

I would suggest 2 things, first weigh the tongue when loaded so you know for sure and consider getting rid of your weak/tired springs and shock, install a good set of OME shocks and coils and you won't have any issues.
